Question 1

Can I set up recurring weekly dog walking subscriptions for my clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bizzly lets you create weekly or fortnightly dog walking plans that bill automatically via Direct Debit or card. Clients subscribe once and their walks are booked and paid on autopilot. No invoice chasing each week.

Question 2

How does Bizzly handle monthly grooming memberships?

Accepted Answer

You can create a monthly grooming membership that includes a set number of groom sessions. Payment is collected automatically on the billing date, and clients can book their sessions through your branded booking page.

Question 3

Can pet owners book without calling or messaging me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Your Bizzly booking page lets pet owners self-book walks, grooming, or pet-sitting slots at any time. You approve or auto-confirm bookings, and the system handles confirmations and reminders automatically.

Question 4

Will clients receive automatic reminders before their pet's appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bizzly sends WhatsApp and email reminders to clients ahead of each booking. You can customise the reminder timing, for example 24 hours before a grooming session or 1 hour before a morning dog walk.

Question 5

How does Bizzly handle client no-shows or last-minute cancellations?

Accepted Answer

You can set a cancellation window (e.g. 24 hours) in your service settings. Clients who cancel inside the window are charged a cancellation fee automatically. This protects your time and reduces no-shows.

Question 6

Can I manage multiple pets per client account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each client can register multiple pets under their account, with their own breed, size, and care notes. When they book, they select which pet the session is for and your records stay accurate without any extra admin.

Question 7

Do I need to be on call to process payments from pet owners?

Accepted Answer

No. All subscription and one-off payments are collected automatically. Whether it's a weekly dog walking plan or a one-time bath and groom, Bizzly handles payment collection so you can focus on caring for pets.
